CSS MCQ Based Preliminary Test (MPT) Syllabus by FPSC. CSS MPT for CSS written examination 2026 will be held on 9 November 2025. The CSS MPT consists of 200 multiple choice questions with 1 mark for each correct answer. There is no negative marking for wrong answers. The time allowed to complete the test is 200 minutes or 3 hours and 20 minutes.
